6. Medical Services Disclaimer

Our medispa services are administered by a licensed and certified Nurse Injector. However, all procedures come with inherent risks, and we encourage clients to undergo consultations before receiving any treatment. Individual results may vary. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

7. Payment Terms

All services and products must be paid for in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

  • We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, and online payment methods

  • Coaching and digital services are non-refundable once sessions have commenced or materials have been delivered

  • Spa cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. However:

  • Coaching Programs: No refunds after program access has been granted or sessions have begun.

  • Digital Products & Courses: Non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

  • Spa Appointments: Refundable or reschedulable with 24-hour notice. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.

  • Merchandise & Skincare Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days if unopened and unused. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Privacy Policy
